Dr. Jeff Campbell graduated from VCU/MCV School of Dentistry in 1998 and received his Certificate of Anesthesia in 2000. He is a diplomat of the National Dental Board of Anesthesia. He has worked as a clinical assistant professor at VCU/MCV. Patients can schedule with Jeff at both VDAA offices. Jeff and his wife Susan have a son named Colin, and daughter named Kaitlyn.

Dr. Robert Campbell is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University in 1968. He received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training from 1968-1971 and his Anesthesiology training from 1975-1977. After 30 years in academic surgery, he joins the VDAA and supplies expertise in anesthesiology in both VDAA offices. He is Board Certified in both fields. All four of his adult children are in health related careers.

Dr. Navin Shetty graduated from Loyola University Schoool of Dentistry in Chicago. He received his Pediatric Dental training at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and received his M.S. in Pediatric Dentistry in 1990 from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He was a full-time assistant professor of Pediatric Dentistry at VCU/MCV from 1992-1997, and continued as a part-time Clinical assistant professor until 2000. Pediatric and special needs patients can be seen by Navin at both VDAA offices. Navin and his wife Sonali have a daughter named Kaavya.

We are excited to announce that Dr. Chase Phillips will be joining our practice in August 2023 as one of our General Dentists.

Originally from Richmond, VA, Dr. Chase Phillips realized early on his passion for working directly with and helping others while earning his bachelor’s degree at the College of William and Mary. He first pursued his passion through receiving his MS (Master of Science) degree in Psychology at Villanova University and working in special education in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Phillips then moved back to his hometown and earned a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree in 2021 from Virginia Commonwealth University. He then completed a two-year general practice residency at the Richmond VA Medical Center where he provided oral healthcare to US military veterans and was trained in a variety of advanced dental procedures.

In his spare time Dr. Phillips enjoys reading, playing video games, attending concerts, visiting with his family, and exploring the many trails around his place near Brown’s Island. He is looking forward to joining the VDAA family and meeting everyone in August!
